Promotional Sales

The discount codes will apply while stocks last. Promotions can be ended earlier at the discrection of our director. Sometimes items may be over sold, meaning there was variation in stock numbers. If you have purchased an item that has oversold you will automatically be refunded. Free shipping promotions DO NOT apply to sale orders

Returns/replacements

Will be considered if the product is found to be faulty after inspection.  Due to the love, care &  attention to detail that goes into each handmade piece we are confident that you will fall in love with the quality and brand. As LS is a small business, returns cannot be offered on change of mind, however, we will do our best to offer customer satisfaction. Please contact us with any inquiries or uncertainties before placing an order.

If you choose to pick up, please message us first for a suitable time and pick up will be in Underwood QLD.

Mystery Dress
At Little Savannah we offer an exciting mystery dress which is choosing your size and you will receive a surprise. Little Savannah does not offer a refund/ store credit/ change of mind for mystery dress purchases. All mystery dress sales are final.

Pre-Order
Our pre-order items require 8-10 week time frame for pre-order products to be dispatched. If you place your order with express shipping, this does not ensure your order will be dispatched prior to other orders. There is strictly no refunds or store credits given for change of mind on pre-order products.
